“Great Grandma Beaulah Bratton’s own recipe!“
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. lemon je11o mix
- 1/4 C. oil
- 1 C. water
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes. Bake @ 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Dribble icing (recipe below) over top and sides of cake.
Icing:
- 2 C. povdered sugar
- The Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 TBSP milk
- 1 or 2 drops yellow food coloring
