Ingredients:

  • 8 C. sugar
  • 4 C. water
  • 4 oz. instant coffee
  • 1 qt. vodka
  • 12 tsp. pure vanilla

Instructions:

Dissolve sugar with the water and coffee over low heat; cool com­pletely. Skim off foam, add vanilla one teaspoon at a time, then the vodka. Store in a dark bottle in a dark place. Makes 3/4 of a gallon.
