Ingredients:
- 8 C. sugar
- 4 C. water
- 4 oz. instant coffee
- 1 qt. vodka
- 12 tsp. pure vanilla
Instructions:
Dissolve sugar with the water and coffee over low heat; cool completely. Skim off foam, add vanilla one teaspoon at a time, then the vodka. Store in a dark bottle in a dark place. Makes 3/4 of a gallon.
