“Gramma Berta’s Recipe”

Ingredients:

  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 3 or 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP. vinegar
  • 1 TBSP. mustard
  • 1 or 2 diced Kosher dill pickles

Instructions:

Cube cooled potatoes and eggs and mix with onion, celery and pickles. Mix mayo, vinegar, mustard and a little pickle juice. Stir into potato mixture; add salt and pepper to taste. (If it is too dry you may add a
little sour cream or milk). Sprinkle with paprika on top.
