Dee’s A-to-Z Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. oil
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 2 C. A-to-Z**
  • 3 tsp. vanilla I C. nuts

Instructions:

Sift dry ingredients together, set aside. Beat eggs in large bowl, odd oil and sugar, cream well. Add A-to-Z and vanilla. Add dry ingredi­ents, mix well. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf, tube or Bundt pan. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour.

** A-to-2: Apples, Applesauce, Apricots, Bananas, Carrots, Cherries, Peaches, Pineapple, Pumpkin, Raisins, Strawberries (fresh or frozen), can use 1/2 C. lemon juice, Zucchini.
