Christina’s Scalloped Potatoes

A standard food great!

Ingredients:

  • 4 C. of sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 10.5 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 2 cups of your favorite grated cheese
  • Dash of parmesan or Romano cheese

Instructions:

Mix cream of mushroom and milk together. Grease the bottom of a casserole dish with a thin layer of butter. Put a thin layer of cream of mushroom soup mixture. Place a layer of potatoes and then a layer of cheese. repeat the process until potatoes are depleted and top the casserole with cheese. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and dried parsley (optional). Cover the dish with foil and cook for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes depending on climate. Let cool for 5 minutes and then devour. Be our guest!
