You just can’t get enough of this delicious roast!

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 yellow potatoes (peeled is optional)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1-1/2 C. baby carrots (or peeled and coin shape reg. carrots)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 pkt (1-1/2 oz) dry vegetable soup mix

Instructions:

Place roast in a crock pot and surround with vegetables. Combine beef broth, soup mix and garlic together and pour over the roast and veggies. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
