Yummy. and with much-needed fiber!
Ingredients:
- Mix:
- 2-1/4 C. oat-bran
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 TBSP. bok ing povder
- 1/2 C. chopped dotes
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- Beat:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 TBSP. oil
- 1/2 C. honey
Instructions:
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mixture may be thin. Put in 12 cup – lined muffin pans. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Store in fridge .
