Good for holiday gift giving!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 lb, of pecan halves
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions:

Beat 1 egg white and 1 TBSP. cold water till frothy, not stiff. Add 1 lb. pecan halves; mix well. Add in 1/2 C. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; mixture will be wet and lumpy. Put on greased cookie sheet and bake or parchment paper @ 275 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Cool. Store in jars.
